Vietnamese food is one of my favorite cuisines. I always order a pork noodle bowl & egg rolls. Grilled pork was cooked perfect and the fish sauce was good but just a tad to much garlic. I do however, wish the eggrolls were served with all the toppings to roll them up. I am used to eating at places out west, and they are always served with lettuce, mint, bean sprouts, cucumbers, and cilantro, so you can wrap your crispy egg roll up and dip it in your fish sauce. So next time I think I’m just gonna order that on the side because typically that is also served with your Pho . I definitely can’t wait to eat here again.
I've ordered takeout from Saigon several times, but this was my 1st time going there and dining in. Nice spot, and even nicer staff. We ordered a seafood pho which I've had before, but this one had egg noodles instead of rice noodles. I prefer the rice noodles. We also had the sesame chicken with fried rice, and beef with broccoli and fried rice. Everything was good. We also had spring rolls as an appetizer but I forgot to take a picture.
Service and pho were both fantastic. The food came out rapidly and one of the servers made sure to check in on me throughout my meal. No sriracha but they did have another chili sauce; I guess this national sriracha shortage is getting serious. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.
Big portions, but meat was tough in my vermicelli dish. The pork chop was super tough in the rice dish. OMG, they don't have Rooster brand Sriracha anymore. They had a cheap, not spicy, sweet sauce. My nephew couldn't even eat his Pho Dac Biet cause there was no Sriracha. My niece said the inky thing good about her vermicelli dish was the meatballs, I agree with that, tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The positive thing is, you'll never be thirsty, they were on point with refilling your drink after taking a sip. They drowned the chicken wings with like a sweet & sour sauce, not a fan.

Had the pleasure of attending a private party here and the food was exceptional and authentic. The service was quick and everyone was pleasant. I was told that the dishes I got to experience were especially made for the event and not found in their everyday menu. I will definitely be back to sample more of their food.
I'll be straight and to the point, as I'm getting sick and tired of this, and the reason we don't eat out much anymore after the plandemic. Chinese/Vietnamese food costs more, in the vicinity of $5-$6 to 50% more, yet you get less meat. What gives??? I ordered Mongolian Beef. It even văd word BEEF in it, yet I can count on my ONE HAND'S fingers how many pieces it has. My wife ordered Chicken Vermicelli which had plenty of chicken. It's like they're trying to chintz out on Beef, yet they charge more than before, while they give you plenty of chicken, which also costs more. I think we'll stop ordering out until all restaurants change back, especially Chinese/Vietnamese. The point of eating Chinese is to save, and pay less. Not anymore. Act accordingly.
The beef rice plate was phenomenal. This place is great. The spring roll was the only thing sub par. Overall, great for the price.
